On Monday 2/9, Darwin underwent surgery and had a larger tumor removed. The operation went well and in the following 2 days Darwin has recovered quietly.
He is not yet himself – it will be a few more days before he is his old self. He eats normally, but his digestion is not quite at its peak – it obviously hurts when he has to “go to the toilet”. In addition, he receives a lot of medicine – painkillers and antibiotics. Lactic acid bacteria for digestion and his vital medicine for the thyroid gland.
This week we are taking it easy – only short walks and peace and rest at home.
